This piece was completed as my major work during my HSC year for Textiles and Design class. 

​

The dress was inspired by the fabric I discovered and loved, I made a traditional look dress that was inspired by innovated fabrics and new techniques. Such as water soluble fabrics to create netting and decorative beading to feature the floral design.

​

Materials used; Cotton drill, cotton thread, wadding, drill tape, glass beads, polyester embroidery thread, calico, woven trims, and self cover buttons.
